    Description:


    Join us the First Tuesday of the month for Yoga. Falls are the leading cause of injury for older adults. This class is designed to help prevent the process of deterioration and loss of muscle mass that can lead to falls Yoga can help promote balance, confidence and strength to decrease the potential to fall as we age.
    *Participants need to be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance
    Please bring your own yoga mat or beach towel.

  • Teens: Gaffney Fluffy Tassel Rings (Ages 13-18)
    When:  March 3, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
