Make Your Own Frog Friend for National Frog Month. 

 

Since 1977, "Star Wars" has captured the imagination of fans young and old across the world. Created by George Lucas, the classic story of good vs evil has shaped generations of story tellers and pop culture enthusiasts alike. Join us as we celebrate this beloved franchise with Star Wars Story Time for our younger patrons, followed by a family friendly craft. Lastly, we will have a 10th anniversary showing of "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story." Rated PG-13.

This class is designed to help prevent the process of deterioration and loss of muscle mass that can lead to falls Yoga can help promote balance, confidence and strength to decrease the potential to fall as we age.

Learn to make soap the "easy" way and take home a mini bar of soap with you. In 1776, soap making was a essential, annual, or semi-annual, and often dangerous, household chore for colonists, usually performed outdoors in spring or fall to manage strong odors. In 2026 we have many different resources to make soap, come and learn a simple way, and take home your own mini bar of soap. *Ages 13 and up.* Registration is required: please call or stop by the Blacksburg Branch to get signed up! (Registration opens April 13th)
